Q: What if I received the wrong item (color/size)?
A: If you receive an item with the wrong color or size, we’ll offer a refund or replacement based on stock availability.

Q: What if the product is damaged during delivery?
A: If your order is damaged in transit, we’ll either refund you or send a replacement (depending on availability). Kindly share photos of the damage—our team will assess and make the final decision.

Q: What is the return/exchange window?
A: You must raise a return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests after this period will not be accepted.


🚫 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

❌ Plants
We do not offer returns or refunds for live plants. We pack them with utmost care, but any transit damage is at the buyer’s risk.

❌ Opened/Used Products
Fertilizers, soil, and pest control items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return or refund.


🛑 ORDER CANCELLATION & DELIVERY ISSUES

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, you can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it’s dispatched, whichever is earlier. After dispatch, cancellation is no longer possible.

Q: What happens if I reject a paid order at delivery?
A: If you cancel or reject a paid order after it has been shipped, the shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Q: What if my contact info is incomplete or I don’t confirm the order?
A: If we cannot confirm your order due to missing contact details or unanswered calls, your order will be placed on hold.

Q: What if I miss all delivery attempts?
A: Courier partners attempt delivery 3 times. If unsuccessful:

  • The package will return to us.

  • For paid orders, we’ll deduct shipping charges and refund the remaining amount.

Q: What if I’m out of town during delivery?
A: Same policy applies—we deduct the shipping fee and refund the balance (for paid orders).
