Shipping Policy
- We currently ship orders across all serviceable pin codes in India. International shipping is not available at this time.
- All domestic orders are processed within 2 business days & will be communicated via email. Contact customer support in case no communication is received.
- You can expect the delivery of your order within 4 to 7 business days (For Metro Cities), 5–8 business days (Other locations), Remote or rural areas may take a few extra days.
- If your address is in an unserviceable location, you will be notified about the same.
- Delivery times may vary depending on location, and unforeseen delays by our courier partners..
- Logistics partners: Bluedart, Amazon, DTDC & Delhivery, Xpressbees, Shadowfax, Ecom, India Post.
- Delivery may face logistical disruption due to special circumstances such as the pandemic, G20 summit, Mahakumbh Mela, Durga Puja, Ganesh Chaurthi, Onam, Pongal etc.
- Order deliveries will be made between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday – Saturday). Excluding public holidays.
- Please ensure all shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customer refusal, we will contact you to reship it (additional shipping charges may apply).
- Goods will need to be signed upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, security neighbors, etc. However, the brand takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
- Brand is not responsible for damage after delivery.

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
